I am a certified McMillan Coach who enjoys working with adult athletes for 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon distances. I am available for both in-person and virtual coaching and understand the challenges a non-professional runner faces on a daily basis. 
Brief: My first marathon was in 2009 and since then I have run over 20+ full Marathon races (PR: 3hr2min, next race Boston'22) and 25+ half-marathon races (PR: 1hr24min). I also paced in several marathon races as a Member of CLIFF BAR Marathon pacing team e.g., Eugene Marathon'16 (3hr25min), Marine Corps DC Marathon'17 (3hr35min), St. George Utah Marathon'18 (3hr25min). 
Over the past 12+ years of running I have been successful in consistently improving race timings, running efficiency, boost overall health and reduce stress. With the goal to bring a happy, healthy, confident self at the start line lets team up.
